Founded in 1995, The Managing Partners′ Forum is widely recognised as the champion of practice management as well as providing quality member services. The MPF encourages diversity in management skills around the executive committee through regular high profile campaigns and rigorous awards designed to generate recognition and respect for internal management expertise.

OUR BELIEFS ARE UNIVERSAL
- Management matters: Clients tend to notice the difference when a firm is well managed as it results in superior service.
- Management increases profits: Well managed firms are more profitable, yet insufficient time is devoted to management.
- Management requires expertise: Management is too important to leave to the managing partner, yet those who are not client facing are often treated as second class citizens, irrespective of their management expertise.

- Sharing knowledge about topical management issues: We organise Panels of global leaders in marketing, HR, finance and other disciplines to provide free survey-based ammunition to help management experts promoted beyond their comfort zone to make a valued contribution at the table as few were hired for the role, or have the skills or ammunition to cope.
