DLA Piper

DLA Piper Rudnick completed a major merger in the last year which gave them a full service capability in all major legal markets in the world. While not the first transatlantic merger it was a three-way merger that provided an extensive US coverage with DLA’s Asian and European practice. The mammoth merger created the third largest law firm in the world and propelled the Firm forward in its vision of becoming a top five global firm. A truly mould breaking move.
