Best Management of Corporate Reputation
For the firm that has co-ordinated its messages to internal and external audiences and can demonstrate success based on employee and client surveys and/or media coverage.
2006 WINNER
Joy Kingsley of Pannone with Gavin Ingham Brooke of Spada
Pannone were ranked as the third best company to work for by The Sunday Times. The individual submissions from different levels of the firm were extremely cohesive, and well put together. The enthusiasm and commitment to quality came across incredibly strongly. In total, it was by far the best submission, and deserves to win. Reading the submission actually made me want to employ the firm, which is an extraordinary achievement
RUNNER UP
Shoosmiths produced an intelligent and comprehensive submission, and demonstrated clearly their coverage as an international law firm. Their press coverage was extremely well presented, and showed the range of the firms expertise extremely accurately. There is no doubt that Shoosmiths is a progressive law firm, and obviously has a strong enterprise culture.
3RD PLACE
Eversheds submission was professionally produced as one would expect, and clearly sets out the vision to be the most client centred international law firm. It also demonstrated strong recognition from the industry, and has won several awards for the quality of its work and its innovation. The only missing element was human there are no names in their submission, and the anonymity of their submission gave it less appeal than Shoosmiths and Pannone. It did, however, advance an interesting idea on Media Academy which was thoroughly explained, and clearly exceptionally forward looking.
