An imaginative and detailed initiative focused on solving the tricky HR initiatives in a
post-merger integration scenario in Sweden. Linklaters took a very focused and
commercial approach to the difficult areas of partner behaviour and talent management.
On line surveys and interviews were conducted by leading external consultants in order
to distil the real issues the partners had to deal with and then creative articulation of the
way forward gave impetus to the project. An excellent example of a strategic approach to
the HR area that has brought about real commercial benefits
