Overall, 100% of clients and 66% of employees rated the way the firm is managed as excellent or very good, but with some clients having some concerns over the sharing of business goals and priorities with clients. When it came to the services that the firm provides clients, 65% of clients and 60% of employees would ‘speak highly without being asked’. The firm scored above Towers Watson’s Global High Performance Companies Norm in providing leadership, making decision promptly, managing change and providing a clear sense of direction. However, it scored below Towers Watson’s Global High Performance Norm on some questions, including: ‘I would recommend the firm as a good place to work’ (79% favourable) and ‘I am proud to be associated with this firm’ (85% favourable). The firm’s brand was valued as ‘A’ by Brand Finance.
