Best programme for leadership development

2016 winner

Hogan Lovells

'Redefining Leadership' is a cutting-edge programme designed to generate and support genuine cultural change by creating a cohort of 'culture carriers' who provide visible leadership throughout this large multinational law firm.

The programme is closely linked to the leadership behaviours that the CEO has outlined that he wants to see and the programme is designed to clearly support those core values. The programme is innovative in design drawing on elements of neuroscience, mindfulness, narrative leadership and mythodrama.

The judges were impressed with the creative approach employed by the firm and the quality of the overall design which sets it apart as this year’s winner.
