Grant Thornton

Grant Thornton’s Growth 365 is a subscription membership programme offering clients a range of bespoke advisory services. Its aim is to take a “holistic view” of the clients’ business, develop a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements and provide an array of relevant advice (and, not incidentally, generate new business). In many respects this initiative is similar to ones offered by a number of firms. Where this programme differs is the way in which it has been championed by the firm’s leadership and integrated successfully into the firm’s culture, values and behaviours. Furthermore, Grant Thornton claims that clients of the programme are growing at twice the rate of their market comparators.

Garrigues’s CORE programme enables clients to comprehensively manage their regulatory compliance challenges. Using detailed client questionnaires, the programme takes into account numerous different compliance-related factors, “parameterizing” a client’s likely exposure to regulatory breaches in a range of jurisdictions. The programme produces personalized client alerts to anticipate and prevent possible criminal acts. Developed in partnership with G-Advisory, the firm’s consulting subsidiary, and third-party provider Avalora, the programme is already in use with 25 clients of the firm.
