Welcome to MPF Peer Learning Groups

Harness peer wisdom through sharing common challenges at meetings with the same small group, assisted by an expert moderator.

Why join a group?

Dealing with management and leadership challenges is a lonely place. Having a safe place to tap into the wisdom of peers can feel like salvation.

  • An expert moderator to facilitate discussions
  • No formal presenters
  • Members set the agenda and frequency of meetings
  • No minutes; a summary of key points may be circulated by the moderator
  • Secure private intranet

What might be discussed?

  • The things that keep you awake at night
  • A 'dry run' of a Board-level issue
  • Dealing with ‘blockers’
  • Achieving balance across competing agendas
