A corporate lawyer, Neville joined the firm in 1989, became a partner in 1995, was elected Managing Partner in 1999 and was re-elected in 2003 and 2006. Born and educated in South Africa, Neville qualified to practice law in South Africa. He completed a Masters in International Business Law at the London School of Economics in 1988.
