The Productivity Summit: Boosting firm and client productivity

Monday 03 June 2019

Government is eager that professional firms should help their clients be more productive. The Forum believes that this should not only include traditional technical services such as IT consultancy, but also management, leadership and training advice delivered by the management team to their peers at clients, with a focus on increasing employee engagement (and thereby productivity) at those clients.

Issues to be addressed:

  • Strategies for tackling the ‘Productivity Puzzle’ through understanding productivity drivers
  • Raising firm-level productivity, the importance of tracking performance and encouraging best practice
  • Helping your clients be more productive
  • Technology as a driver of productivity
  • Skills in a changing workplace
  • The role of effective management and leadership
