Q3: “I am in the process of reappraising our "head-hunters" covering recruitment of top level management roles in professional service firm management, ie. top level PSF positions in general management, finance, legal, IT and HR. Could MPF members recommend any recruitment firms that, from their experience, have been of great assistance to them with engagements of this nature?â€

For top level management roles we would go to Ryder Reid in the first instance as they have the strongest hold on the US market for DOA, managerial level positions and are exclusively legal.

Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles and Odgers all do a very good job when general mgt (COO) and financial management are concerned.
