Director: Jonathan Shopley has worked at The CarbonNeutral Company since 2001, initially as CEO before being appointed as Executive Director in 2007. He is responsible for the Company′s contribution to international policy developments on climate change and standards for carbon trading and carbon offsetting.

Ted Burke - Ted became Chief Executive of law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in March 2006. Prior to this he was the managing partner of the firm's US offices. His experience covers acquisitions and projects in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Ted joined the firm as a partner in 1998 having started his career in 1986 as an associate with Millbank, Tweed Hadley & McCloy where he became a partner in 1994.
Paul Druckman - Paul operates as non-executive Chairman of businesses and organisations ranging from the world of software to business support, and also works on influencing the accounting community on sustainability matters. A past-president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, he chairs the European accounting profession's Sustainability Policy Group as well as the Accounting for Sustainability Forum under the auspices of the Prince of Wales www.sustainabilityatwork.org.uk

Nigel Salter, Founded salterbaxter in 1998 with Penny Baxter. Nigel is the lead strategy and communications consultant for the company. Advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate communications issues including branding, corporate responsibility and financial communications. Richard Sharman - Richard is the partner responsible for KPMG's European Sustainability practice and Carbon Advisory Group. He specialises in evaluating the risk and economic impacts of these issues on the business. He has written for the CBI, Financial Times and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Richard also currently chairs the European Risk Forum.
