A PARTNERSHIP OF EQUALS
On leaving KPMG in 1988, after several fascinating years working for Lord Sharman, the idea that a professional practice should be managed professionally was still a novelty. Fast forward two decades and almost every firm has a managing partner. The next big challenge is to strengthen practice management through building a partnership of equals between those involved in client service and those in practice management. We at Practice Management International will play our part through creating and sustaining global associations for practice management people. But mostly it is up to firm leaders and management consultants to bring about the change.
We aim to build this community page into a bulletin board of useful sites and people to visit. So keep those recommendations coming.
