Bringing together everyone on the management team to address common issues

Everyone belongs to a team. Although the economic case for collaboration is well-established, experts have a tendency to congregate into silos, thereby building barriers and reinforcing group think. Yet most communication is conveyed through non-verbal means, with face-time being the only way to read it. The Committee organises bi-monthly events for up to 70 people and a private Hub that:

  • Encourage learning through an exchange of ideas and best practice
  • Clarify how management teams can best contribute to the challenges and opportunities facing their firms
  • Explore ways to develop a relationship of mutual respect and trust with colleagues
  • Facilitate debate amongst those holding diverse perspectives
  • Provide individuals with insight into the value contributed by other management experts
