Allen & Overy
When Allen & Overy’s leaders learned of the low and inconsistent understanding of the firm’s strategy, they set about reversing the results across 45 offices in 31 countries. A communications strategy was developed with an outside agency, and special collateral included a booklet, video and a dedicated microsite. – The Strategy Room.
The awareness of the firm’s strategic priorities increased from 45% to 94% over a 12 month period, and many countries produced exciting ways of translating the global strategies into local campaigns to assist in understanding and execution.
