A&L Goodbody have created a unique idea to improve literacy in Dublin schools. Since 2016 a 'Writer in Residence' has worked with 180 A&L Goodbody staff and Suas Educational Development charity to support literacy for 150 local children. Reading schemes are usually one of the first projects a firm set up when supporting education, but the unique angle to this project has given clarity and direction, leading to greater impact.

Since 2015 Dentons have given pro bono legal support for Syrian refugees. Their project boasts impressive hours and value and they work with an equally impressive group of external humanitarian agencies. Staff are given the opportunity to work in refugee camps and the project has many different ways to engage people from across a global firm.
