This initiative aimed to broaden client support beyond the legal department to Board directors. On Board is a repository of knowledge and guidance on practical challenges facing company directors with a particular focus on emerging governance requirements. It includes personal insights and practical guidance by lawyers on their experience of advising boards through videos, fireside chats and lawyer opinions. The project team included the managing partner, several corporate partners and many others throughout the firm through an internal knowledge roadshow. Client events prompted better conversations to deepen the firm’s understanding of their knowledge and risk management needs. A significant number of client companies registered.

Knight Frank

The Global Executive Board, Non-Executive advisers, head of strategy and other senior partners responded to client feedback by creating ESG Ambassadors to champion the topic internally within service lines and externally with clients. These champions are tasked with staying ahead of relevant trends and issues that will inform strategy, decisions and sustainable industry practices across real estate. Over 100 ESG ambassadors participate in Summits, receive tailored training and provide client presentations. A quarter have also enrolled onto the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership course.
