Brachers were keen to reinvigorate their “One Brachers” culture after Covid and make the most of hybrid working. They consolidated offices and created a shared hot-desk environment to enhance collaboration. The outcome was an increase in office attendance and positive feedback from staff on the opportunities to share knowledge and experience.
