Our final scoring placed BCLP at the top of this cohort. The use of technology appears to be more mature and more multi-dimensional than that shown by any of the other entrants, and the quality of the submission – stressing impact – was the strongest.

As a close runner-up who we would like to welcome back next year, Arup scored particularly well on strategic fit, and several of us commended the way in which the technological solution had been shaped by Arup consultants and ultimately their client needs.
