Drawing upon specific research at Kellogg University and Harvard Law School, this talk explored:

• What early influences impacted the different generations
• Core beliefs and values
• Some friction points
• Suggested solutions

Whilst this type of research inevitably involves some stereotyping, and does not obviate the need to treat individuals as such, the intention was to explore the research findings and then have an open discussion around participants own experiences and actions.
