While the dictionary definition of strategy is relatively straight forward – ‘A plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim’ – complexities around strategy origination, ownership, execution and change (internal and external influences) require skilled navigation, planning and engagement.
In the second of the Strategy & Marketing Group’s ‘Leading in’ series, we heard from two highly respected strategy specialists with a wealth of experience in setting, and leading in strategy, both in and for their respective firms, currently working with their clients on factors impacting professional services firms’ strategy.
