One of the consequences of social distancing is that people feel isolated, stressed and are thirsty for knowledge and/or direction. It makes the role of the leadership team even harder. The Forum is therefore pleased to announce a free webinar every Friday (Thursday in bank holiday week), hosted on Zoom, for firmwide leaders and C-Suite members at professional firms of all sizes worldwide. For avoidance of doubt, these are virtual sessions.
Each webinar starts at 9am, lasts for one hour and includes:
1) Update from Government
2) How the leaders of a large, medium and small firm are approaching the management, business & personal challenges caused by the virus;
3) How a finance director is resolving financial challenges;
4) How property and construction professionals are faring;
5) How best to deal with stress in your workforce;
6) Panel session based on questions from the audience
