The management of knowledge and innovation within professional services firms has become a complex strategic exercise. Its importance stands to increase significantly further in the years ahead. The purpose of the group is to promote the highest standards of collective decision making and project execution by PSFs, recognising the multidisciplinary nature of the projects and the role of the firmwide leader in sponsoring, leading and appraising many such projects.
