Our presenters are both heavily involved in the development and deployment of new technology tools that help leaders measure culture and engagement, and make relevant interventions:

  • Penny Newman has championed software that allows dynamic measurement of engagement, giving leaders a rapid perspective on the pulse of the firm. The firm then feeds back with ‘you said, we did’ each month.
  • Thomas Davies's organisation has created a culture workbench that helps leaders continuously measure organisational health and workplace culture, diagnose relative performance, and make suitable interventions.
